This policy explains how NEROVIA DIGITAL LTD, located at Bridge Tower, 2–4 Alexandreias, 3013 Limassol, Cyprus, processes personal data in connection with TBMP3. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Information we process
- Links and requests: the video or playlist URL you submit, associated media information and the technical information needed to process your request.
- Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, request times, referring pages, errors and performance information processed by our infrastructure and monitoring services.
- Correspondence: your email address and any information you include when you contact us.
You do not need to create an account or provide payment information to use the current service. Please do not submit private links, access credentials or sensitive personal information.
Why we process information
We use submitted links and related technical data to provide the conversion or download service you request. Where this involves personal data, the legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
We process operational information to maintain availability, investigate errors, prevent abuse and protect the service. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure service, subject to your rights and interests.
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries and handle rights or copyright requests, based on our legitimate interest in resolving those enquiries, or to comply with a legal obligation where applicable. Where consent is legally required for a processing activity, including optional tracking, that activity requires your consent; accepting our terms is not consent to tracking.
Cookies, analytics and monitoring
TBMP3 integrates Google Analytics to measure visits and usage, and Tencent Cloud Aegis to report errors and service performance. These services can receive technical identifiers, page URLs, browser information and usage or diagnostic events. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. Submitted links appear in the URL of the results page, so they may also be included in page or diagnostic information.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt out browser add on . Blocking cookies may affect some website functions and does not by itself block all network requests to monitoring providers.
For more information, see Google’s privacy policy and Tencent Cloud’s privacy policy .
Who receives information
Our hosting, content delivery, media processing, analytics, monitoring and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Requests sent to our processing API include the link you submit. When you load media or follow a download link, the relevant media provider also receives your connection information.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and security of users and the service. External websites linked from TBMP3 operate under their own privacy policies.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside Cyprus and the European Economic Area. Where a transfer of personal data is subject to GDPR restrictions, it must have an appropriate legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention and security
We retain personal data for as long as needed for its processing purpose. This depends on the time needed to complete a request, investigate an operational or security issue, resolve correspondence, and meet applicable legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims. Service providers’ retention settings also affect how long analytics and diagnostic records remain available. Contact us for details about a particular request or record.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data where the right to portability applies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected] or write to the address below. Provide enough information for us to identify the request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, normally one month under the GDPR.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus .
Children
TBMP3 is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or our data processing changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a change takes effect.
