Using TBMP3

TBMP3 provides online tools for processing supported video and playlist links and making available download or conversion options. The current service is free and does not require an account. Available formats and results depend on the source content and technical availability.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Permitted use and copyright

Only submit or download content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to download and convert. You are responsible for checking applicable copyright law, the rights of the content owner and the terms of the source platform before using the service.

Technical access to a video or a download option does not grant permission or a licence to use it. These terms do not transfer any rights in third party content to you.

TBMP3 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or other source platforms. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Source platforms, download destinations and external websites have their own terms and policies.

We do not control third party content or services and cannot guarantee that a particular link, format or download will remain available.

Our website and tools

Rights in the TBMP3 website, branding and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms. You may not copy or redistribute our website or tools without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
